SNappD app for iPhone and iPad

SNappD is a simple-to-use sleep and nap diary app that allows sleep statistics, and the impact of poor sleep, to be recorded. Records demonstrating sleep behaviours can also be forwarded to a medical professional.

SNappD is based on a clinically validated questionnaire used by medical researchers and specialist sleep practitioners. This app has been commissioned and funded by Flynn Pharma Limited. It has been developed with advice and input from doctors and others with a special interest and expertise in sleep.
